Aside from kicking off her 21st Season on daytime television on Monday, September 18th, 2006, this coming Monday, September 25th, Oprah will launch Oprah & Friends, a new satellite radio channel. It is a three-year, $55 million deal that she signed with XM Satellite Radio.
The channel will include fitness, health and self-improvement programming with guests from Oprah's TV show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, and O, The Oprah Magazine.
Earlier this year, the New York Post reported that Oprah had been in talks with XM rival Sirius but we see who won the prize. ;)
