DOWNTOWNS: Danville, Virginia town sees some improvement

President Obama's Economic Recovery Advisory Board earlier this week claimed the worst of the recession may be over.

Obama himself has said that so-called "green shoots" are beginning to show in some areas of the US economy.

In a special look at the global recession, Cath Turner went back to the town of Danville in the state of Virginia, to see if the economic optimism is being felt there.
