President Obama Message to C-SPAN StudentCam Grand Prize Winner Sawyer Bowman
Grand Prize winner Sawyer Bowman appears on the Washington Journal for his video, "Cancer: It's Personal." Pres. Obama congratulated him by a videotaped message.
