Listening in Strasbourg, France

President Obama spoke with and listened to a gathering in Strasbourg, France on April 3, 2009. Having met with French President Nicolas Sarkozy immediately before, he reiterated a consistent theme of his trip, telling the audience he felt it was "important was for me to have an opportunity to not only speak with you but also to hear from you, because that's ultimately how we can learn about each other."
