Chance For Frank Americas Dialogue - 20 April 09

Barack Obama has said the United States, Cuba and Venezuela need to act on their words, if they want to change their relationships.

The US president, saying there was an opportunity for frank dialogue, called on Cuba to release its political prisoners.
