Joe Biden Speaks on Delaware and Family
Joe Biden gave a Keynote speech at the Delaware Jefferson Jackson Dinner where he spoke about the strength of family roots in the state he has represented for 27 years, in Dover, Delaware, on October 13th, 2008.
