I caught a moving story today on WJLA's ABC7 newscast. ABC7 news anchor Leon Harris shared his story of when he visited Goree Island. A destination I plan on visiting. Every story I have heard of people that have gone to Goree Island have reported sharing a similar experience including a range of emotions.
