A very good performance especially considering the rainy conditions last night. Prince is not only the consummate musician, performer and the real deal but he is a real trooper. The SuperBowl + Millions of people + the pouring rain. And he did it all live. No pre-recorded tracks! But we would expect no less from Prince. He's just that good. When he sang Purple Rain at the end, it couldn't have been more fitting. Was this appearance and performance written in the stars or what? Incredible Stage Design! The FAMU "lit" uniforms. Nice!
The setlist was:
1. We Will Rock You (Queen intro)
2. 1999 (intro)/Let's Go Crazy
3. Baby I'm A Star (with FAMU's Marching Band)
4. Proud Mary (Ike and Tina Turner)
5. All Along The WatchTower (Jimi Hendrix)
6. The Best of You (Foo Fighters)
7. Purple Rain
